Certainly, do you offer the products for individual sale?
Regrettably, at this time, we do not offer our products for individual sale. However, we are currently in the process of making our finished towel products available for purchase by individuals through our website in the near future.

Do you manufacture a comprehensive range of textile products?

Due to the presence of our in-house atelier, we possess the capability to engage in mass production of textile products tailored to our customers' specific requirements. In instances where customers do not require a large quantity, we strive to minimize our mass production to accommodate their needs. When an agreement is reached regarding the production quantity, we commence the manufacturing process for the product designed and selected by the customer.

Following the placement of an order, may I inquire about the estimated lead time for product delivery?

We consistently provide our customers with a standardized lead time of 4-6 weeks for the delivery of our products.
